Shipping Policies

Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally. 

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico. Cat ear keychains are illegal in 21 states including Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire,
New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 3-7 business days. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

Orders $150+ will require a signature at delivery.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $5 re-shipment fee.
